She took time to explain and answer any questions, she worked with me and suggested ways to help me reach my goals. She was always prompt in calling at the scheduled time. She was very good at this and I could not have done this without her!

Thank God and Christian Care Ministry. By joining the Restore program, I have changed my eating habits and I follow a healthier eating style. Now I am in better shape than before; I am no longer so easy to catch a cold or get sick like I did before participating in the Restore Program.
