Our Health Education Consultant, Angela's, spirit encouraged Christy and built her confidence. We didn't feel rushed especially when we have questions. The goals were attainable in Christy's mind from the start which helped keep her motivated. Christy struggles with self discipline and consistency but she's able to overcome her tendencies having understood and learned every part of the program. Christy learned so much that has helped her!
