Angela Dodson, my health consultant was a great "coach". I liked her "forthrightness" ability to inform and care sincerely. She knows her stuff, she had a great sense of humor, directed me in a focus that I believe honors the Lord with my health concerns, especially as I've turned 60. She also showed interest in what I do professionally which went beyond only being interested in me fulfilling a program for health.
