I have found my times with Julie to be very encouraging. She has helped me not only to stay on track to meet my goals but has offered valuable advice when I have hit a plateau. I have found her suggestions well rounded – they have included diet, exercise, and vitamin supplements plus at least one herbal suggestion. They have all been helpful in helping me lower my blood pressure and have a more healthful lifestyle.
