I hope this doesn't sound strange, but something as simple as using Flax Seed on Oatmeal, salads, and in the shakes is still something I do. Thanks Angela!!! My wife is also a partner with me and it helps to have her support. Another thing has changed. We are staying away from milk and sugar as much as possible. I think what Medi-Share has helped with more is this thing about lifestyle eating. At our age, we want more than just maintenance although maintenance is good.
