Being on this program is the first time that I have started a workout plan and stuck with it. I have learned so much that has helped me develop a more healthy and realistic outlook on my personal fitness. Before, I always knew that I needed to do something but I did not know what to do. I would take a stab at a few things for a day or two and then quit, thinking that it was not possible for me to change. I am still not where I want to be but I am a lot closer than ever before and I know that with time, I can make it. Thank you so much for helping me!
