The accountabilty and the encouragement that this program offers is just what some of us need, to begin moving in the right direction. As it's been said, "The direction your moving in is as important, if not more so than what you are accomplishing at the moment." I needed that little extra encouragement to begin to move in the right direction once again. Even my family doctor was excited to hear what was taking place with the accountability.
